武汉市江西汤馆消费者满意度调查研究

摘要 本文通过网络问卷的调查方式,调查了武汉市消费者对江西汤馆的满意度和意见看法。研究发现,武汉地区江西汤馆的主要消费群体是中低收入群体,每餐消费在10~20元。大多数消费者追求的是便宜、营养和口味。江西汤馆可能更适合采用线下为主、线上为辅的经营方式。48.3%的消费者认为江西汤馆最大的劣势在于其品牌形象,此结果丰富了江西汤馆研究的基础数据,可为江西汤馆的经营和发展提供参考。 This paper investigates the satisfaction and opinions of Wuhan consumers to Jiangxi soup house by means of network questionnaire.It is found that the main consumer group of Jiangxi soup house in Wuhan is the low-income group,and the consumption per meal is 10~20 yuan.Most consumers are looking for cheap,nutritious and taste.Jiangxi Tangguan may be more suitable for offline based,online supplemented business mode.48.3%of consumers think that the biggest disadvantage of Jiangxi soup restaurant lies in its brand image.This result enriches the basic data of Jiangxi soup restaurant research,and can provide reference for the management and development of Jiangxi soup restaurant.
