摘要
为使大学生养成良好的饮食习惯,掌握合理膳食与健康的有关知识,本文对河南质量工程职业学院在校大学生的一日三餐饮食情况进行了调查,分析了他们的食物来源、营养素的摄取情况、膳食能量来源情况及三餐热量分配情况,最后就大学生不合理的膳食营养提出相应建议。
In order to make college students form good eating habits and master the knowledge of reasonable diet and health,this paper investigates the three meals a day of college students in Henan Vocational College of quality engineering,analyzes their food source,nutrient intake,dietary energy source and three meal caloric distribution,and finally proposes the unreasonable dietary nutrition of college students make corresponding suggestions.
