摘要
结合康定市康盛地热有限公司地热井施工工程,阐述在松散的第四系地层和结构紧密的洪积与冰碛层、热干岩发育层中顶热水钻进的施工难点,提出了应对措施;通过采用大孔径无需扩孔、合理的钻具组合、钻具纠斜、扶正器防斜、成熟的固井技术、旋转防喷器顶涌钻进技术等钻探技术措施,降低了施工风险,节约了施工成本,保质保量完成了地热井钻探任务。
Combined with the geothermal well construction project of Kangsheng Geothermal Co.,Ltd.of Kangding City,the construction difficulties of top hot water drilling in the loose fourth-line formation and tightly structured flood and hail layer and hot-dry rock development layer are put forward.Drilling technical measures such as holes,reasonable drill combination,drill errigitis,antislope,mature cementing technology,rotary blowout prevention machine top-flow drilling technology,reducing construction risk,saving construction costs,quality and quantity completed the geothermal well drilling task.
