Research progress on influencing factors of influenza virus isolation from adherent MDCK cells

贴壁MDCK细胞因其诸多优点而被广泛用于分离流感病毒,但此方法影响因素较多,容易导致实验失败。近年来有大量关于此方法影响因素的研究,对提高流感病毒的分离效率有重要作用。本文对此进行分析和总结。

Adherent MDCK cells are widely used to isolate influenza viruses due to their many advantages.However,this method has many influencing factors which can easily lead to experimental failure.In recent years,there have been a large number of studies on the influencing factors of this method,which is significant for improving the efficiency of influenza virus isolation.This paper analyzes and summarizes the studies on influencing factors of influenza virus isolation from adherent MDCK cells.
