摘要
运用重组酶聚合酶扩增法(RPA)检测婴幼儿食品中克罗诺杆菌的污染情况,并与传统培养法和实时荧光PCR法进行检测结果比对,结果表明,RPA法和上述两种方法的定性结果一致,且具有准确性高、耗时短、通量高等特点,适合于样品的快速初筛和现场快速检测。通过检测发现,婴幼儿食品中婴幼儿谷类辅助食品相比婴幼儿配方食品以及较大婴儿和幼儿配方食品克罗诺杆菌具有较高的污染率,建议食品监管部门将该类产品纳入风险监测范围,保障特殊人群的食品安全。
This paper detected Cronobacter spp.in infant food with recombinant enzyme polymerase amplification(RPA),and compared with traditional culture methond and the real-time fluorescent PCR method.The qualitative results of the RPA method and the above two methods are consistent.The method is high accuracy,short time consuming and high flux,which is suitable for the rapid screening and on-site rapid detection of samples.Through the test,it was found that cereal-based complementary foods for infants and young children have a higher contamination rate for Cronobacter spp.than infant formula and older infants and young children formula.It is suggested that the food regulatory department should include such products into the risk monitoring scope to ensure the food safety of special population.
