摘要
腰椎退行性疾病是骨科最常见的疾病之一,而该疾病的一个重要症状——腰腿痛在人的一生中具有非常高的发生率。腰椎椎体间融合术是治疗腰椎退行性疾病的常规手段,随着微创技术的发展,侧前方入路腰椎融合术应运而生。侧前方入路腰椎融合术与其他腰椎融合术相比具有很多的临床有点,但是目前缺乏关于它的有限元研究。因此文章建立了正常、退变、侧前方入路腰椎手术模型,并对侧前方入路腰椎手术的生物力学变化进行了分析。结果显示,相对于退变模型和正常模型,手术模型在L4-L5节段的椎间活动度明显下降,在L4-L5的临近节段的椎间活动度是增加的。总的来说侧前方入路腰椎融合器增加了手术节段的稳定性。
Lumbar degenerative disease is one of the most common diseases in orthopedics,and an important symptom of this disease,lumbar and leg pain,has a very high incidence in a person’s life.Lumbar interbody fusion is a conventional method for treating lumbar degenerative diseases.With the development of the minimally invasive technique,the oblique lumbar interbody fusion has emerged.At the same time,oblique lumbar interbody fusion has many clinical advantages compared with other lumbar interbody fusion,but currently there is a lack of finite element research on it.Therefore,the normal,degenerative and oblique lumbar interbody fusion of lumbar spine model were established,and the biomechanical changes of the oblique lumbar interbody fusion surgery were analyzed.The results showed that compared with the degeneration model and the normal model,the intersegmental rotation of the surgical model at the L4-L5 segment decreased significantly,and the intersegmental rotation of adjacent segment of L4-L5 segment increased.Overall,the oblique lumbar interbody fusion cage increases the stability of the surgical segment.
