摘要
目的:探讨核素心肌灌注扫描和全身骨扫描,患者受检时的剂量当量,了解这两项检查在日常工作中对医务人员及周围环境辐射剂量率的影响。方法:选择2015年1月~2018年1月在本院接受治疗的40例患者作为研究对象,使用Rad-60个人报警剂量仪对其进行测量,其中心肌灌注扫描20例,全身骨扫描20例,采集的同时将数字化个人剂量仪分别放置于受检者胸口及肝脏处,进行近距离测量,并且在距离患者1m处放置数字化个人剂量仪两个分别对准胸口及肝脏位置进行5min的远距离测量。结果:20例心肌灌注扫描患者近距离测量胸口辐射7~8μSv/h,肝脏辐射10~18μSv/h,1m之外,胸口及肝脏测量结果均为0。20例全身骨扫描患者近距离测量胸口辐射4~7μSv/h,膀胱5~8μSv/h,1m之外,胸口和膀胱均为0。结论:心肌灌注扫描和全身骨扫描的患者对于病房的医护人员及周围的人员不存在辐射安全隐患,对近距离摆位的工作人员存在一定的放射性辐射。
Objective:To explore the dose of nuclide myocardial perfusion scanning and whole body bone scanning,and to understand the influence of these two examinations on the radiation dose rate of medical staff and surrounding environment in daily work.Methods:40 patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected as the study objects,It was measured by rad-60 personal alarm dosimeter,including myocardial perfusion scanning in 20 cases,whole body bone scanning in 20 cases,At the same time,the digital personal dosimeter was placed on the chest and liver of the subject,At the same time,the digital personal dosimeter was placed on the chest and liver of the examinee for close measurement,two digital personal dosimeters were placed one meter away from the patient and aimed at the chest and liver respectively for 5 minutes.Results:The chest radiation was measured at 7-8μSV/h in 20 patients with myocardial perfusion scanning,liver radiation 10-18μSV/h,One meter away,chest and liver measurements were all 0.Measurement of chest radiation 4-7μSV/h in 20 patients with whole body bone scan,the radiation of bladder was 5-8μSV/h,and the radiation of chest and bladder was 0.Conclusion:Patients with myocardial perfusion scan and whole body bone scan have no potential radiation safety hazards for the medical staff in the ward and the surrounding personnel,there is a certain amount of radioactive radiation to the staff in the short distance position.
