支气管镜辅助治疗肺癌手术后并发肺部感染的体会

Experience of Bronchoscope in Adjuvant Treatment of Lung Infection After Lung Cancer Surgery

目的:探究支气管镜辅助治疗在肺癌手术并发肺部感染起到的干预效果。方法:选取2018年8月~2019年8月本院于收治的肺癌手术并发肺部感染患者80例,采用随机分组法将其分为对照组(40例,常规治疗)以及观察(40例,支气管镜辅助治疗),对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组症状、体征改善状况以及各项血气指标均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:支气管镜辅助治疗对肺癌手术并发肺部感染起到的治疗效果确切。

Objective:To explore the intervention effect of bronchoscopy assisted therapy in lung cancer surgery complicated with pulmonary infection.Methods:80 patients with lung cancer surgery complicated with pulmonary infection admitted in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(40 cases,conventional treatment)and observation(40 cases,bronchoscopy assisted treatment),and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The improvement of symptoms,signs and blood gas indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bronchoscopy assisted treatment for lung cancer surgery complicated with pulmonary infection has a definite therapeutic effect.
