摘要 目的:探讨乳腺癌术后直线加速器放疗方法及照射反应处理措施。方法:选取在本院行乳腺癌术后放疗的49例患者作为研究对象,观察放疗误差及照射反应情况。结果:X轴误差率2.04%,Y轴误差率0.00%,Z轴误差率6.12%,旋转角度误差率4.08%。照射区发生0级反应占18.37%;1级反应占46.94%;2级反应占30.61%;3级反应占4.08%;4级反应占0.00%。结论:乳腺癌术后直线加速器放疗可采取方法和措施提高治疗精确度,避免出现误差并控制照射反应。 Objective:To investigate the linear accelerator radiotherapy method and irradiation response treatment measures for breast cancer.Methods:Forty-nine patients who underwent postoperative radiotherapy for breast cancer in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the radiotherapy errors and radiation response were observed.Results:The X-axis error rate was 2.04%,the Y-axis error rate was 0.00%,the Z-axis error rate was 6.12%,and the rotation angle error rate was 4.08%.Grade 0 reactions accounted for 18.37%;Grade 1 reactions accounted for 46.94%;Grade 2 reactions accounted for 30.61%;Grade 3 reactions accounted for 4.08%;Grade 4 reactions accounted for 0.00%.Conclusion:Linear accelerator radiotherapy for breast cancer can take methods and measures to improve the accuracy of treatment,avoid errors and control the radiation response.
