负压封闭引流术在骨科感染创面中的应用效果

Application Effect of Vacuum Closed Drainage in Orthopedic Infected Wounds

目的:分析负压封闭引流术(VSD)在骨科感染创面中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年7月本院骨科接收的感染创面患者,共80例,按照入院先后顺序编号,随机分对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组给予常规医护措施,观察组给予VSD技术处理,比较两组患者的临床效果和并发症发生率。结果:观察组临床总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为0,低于对照组10.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在骨科感染创面处理中,VSD技术能够促进创面更好更快愈合,且安全性较高。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of vacuum closed drainage(VSD)in orthopedic infected wounds.Methods:From January 2018 to July 2019,the study period was selected.A total of 80 patients with infected wounds received by the Department of Orthopaedics were enrolled in the order of admission.They were randomly assigned to the control group and the experimental group,40 cases each.The group received routine medical care measures,and the experimental group was treated with VSD technique to compare the clinical effects and complication rates of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the test group was 0,which was lower than that of the control group(10.00%).Statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of orthopedic infection wounds,VSD technology can promote wound healing better and faster,and it is safer.
