呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)检测仪在支气管哮喘急性发作期早期诊断中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Exhaled Nitric Oxide(FeNO)Detector in Early Diagnosis of Bronchial Asthma in Acute Attack Stage

目的:分析探讨支气管哮喘急性发作期患者的早期诊断中,呼出气一氧化氮检测仪的具体使用方法和实际诊断价值。方法:针对2019年2月~2020年2月本院收治入院的支气管哮喘患者进行研究,合计78例,按照急性加重期与稳定期分为两组,各39例。对两组患者进行一氧化氮和肺功能检测,分析其中差异性。结果:观察组患者的呼出气一氧化氮指标水平明显高于对照组,而其肺功能指标明显低于对照组,组间对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。轻、中、重度患者的检测指标对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:对于支气管哮喘急性发作期患者来说,采取呼出气一氧化氮检测,不仅其检测方法十分简单快捷,不会对患者产生任何创伤,同时其对于评估患者病情也有重要作用。

Objective:To analyze and discuss the specific use method and practical diagnostic value of exhaled nitric oxide detector in the early diagnosis of bronchial asthma in acute attack stage.Methods:A total of 78 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were studied.According to the different types of asthma,they were divided into two groups,39 patients in each group.Nitric oxide and lung function tests were performed in the two groups to analyze the differences.Results:The level of exhaled nitric oxide in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while the level of pulmonary function in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the detection indexes of mild,moderate and severe patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with acute onset of bronchial asthma,taking exhaled nitric oxide test is not only a very simple and quick detection method,but also has an important role in assessing patients’condition.
