全自动化学发光仪检测甲亢患者的临床价值研究

A Study on the Clinical Value of Automatic Chemiluminescence in the Detection of Hyperthyroidism

目的:分析全自动化学发光仪检测甲亢患者中的应用价值。方法:将本院2018年5月~2019年3月接收的32例甲亢患者作为观察组,选择同期体检的32例健康人作为对照组。均实施化学发光检测法,对两组检测结果进行分析。结果:观察组的TT3、TT4水平高于对照组,(P<0.05);观察组的TSH水平低于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论:化学发光法检测可以有效鉴别诊断甲亢,从而为临床治疗提供可靠的依据。

Objective:To analyze the application value of automatic chemiluminescence in the detection of hyperthyroidism.Methods:32 hyperthyroidism patients received by our hospital from May 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study group,and 32 healthy people who had physical examination at the same time were selected as the healthy group.The results of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The level of TT3 and TT4 in the study group was higher than that in the healthy group(P<0.05),and the level of TSH in the study group was lower than that in the healthy group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chemiluminescence detection can effectively differentiate and diagnose hyperthyroidism,and provide reliable basis for clinical treatment.
