摘要
目的:分析全自动血凝仪检测血浆D-二聚体与凝血因子在早期DVT(深静脉血栓)诊断中的应用准确度。方法:研究时段自2017年1月~2019年1月,选定本院收治的早期DVT患者50例作为观察组,以及同期门诊体检的健康人员50例作为对照组,均检测DD(血浆D-二聚体)与凝血因子Fg(纤维蛋白原),对比检测结果;其次对比DD、Fg单独检测与联合检测对早期DVT诊断的特异度、灵敏度。结果:观察组DD、Fg水平显著较对照组高,P<0.05(具有统计学差异)。DD、Fg联合检测的特异度、灵敏度分别是95.86%、95.28%;DD、Fg单独检测的特异度、灵敏度分别是82.14%、81.19%、81.67%、82.22%,DD、Fg联合检测的特异度、灵敏度显著较DD、Fg单独检测的高,P<0.05(具有统计学差异)。结论:DD、Fg检测可有效提高早期DVT临床诊断准确性,具有较高的临床指导价值。
Objective:To analyze the application accuracy of the automatic blood coagulation instrument to detect plasma D-dimer and coagulation factors in the early diagnosis of DVT(deep vein thrombosis).Methods:The study period was from January 2017 to January 2019.50 patients with early DVT admitted to this hospital were selected as the study group,and 50 healthy persons who received outpatient physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.All were tested for DD(plasma D-Dimer)and coagulation factor Fg(fibrinogen),compare the detection results;secondly,compare the specificity and sensitivity of DD and Fg single detection and combined detection for early diagnosis of DVT.Results:The levels of DD and FG in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The specificity and sensitivity of combined detection of DD and FG were 95.86%and 95.28%,respectively;the specificity and sensitivity of single detection of DD and FG were 82.14%,81.19%,81.67%and 82.22%,respectively.The specificity and sensitivity of the combined detection of DD and Fg were significantly higher than that of the detection of DD and Fg alone,P<0.05(statistical difference).Conclusion:The detection of DD and Fg can effectively improve the accuracy of early DVT clinical diagnosis and has high clinical guidance value.
