摘要 目的:探讨FOCUS-PDCA管理法在骨科关节镜器械使用中的应用,以减少器械故障率及维修成本支出。方法:联合多科室组成“质量持续改进小组”,应用FOCUS-PDCA管理法对关节镜器械的使用前、使用中、使用后清洗消毒、以及配合的相关器械对关节镜造成的损害等环节中故障类型分类,在对原因分析后制定积极的改进维护措施,减少了关节镜的故障率、降低了维修成本。结果:比较FOCUS-PDCA管理法实施前后的数据,在手术量增长51.33%的情况下,关节镜故障率从11根次下降到了6根次,维修费用由94800元到54600元,经χ^2检验,P<0.05,具有统计学意义(χ^2=4.32,P=0.038<0.05)。结论:应用FOCUS-PDCA可以对关节镜使用前、使用中、使用后清洗消毒、以及其他器械对关节镜造成的损害等环节进行有效的管理,改进维修方式,有效降低故障率及支出成本,为手术室其他腔镜的维护提供了参考。 Objective:To explore the application of FOCUS-PDCA procedure in reducing the fault rate and costs of arthroscopic instruments maintenance.Methods:Main problems in QC group harvest are introduced and analyzed during preusing,using,cleaning and sterilization,and other instruments damage by applying the method of FOCUS-PDCA.Promoting the implementation of the improvement measures and evaluating the associated effects to reduce the failure rate and costs of arthroscopic instruments maintenance.Results:Comparing the data before and after the implementation of the FOCUS-PDCA procedure suggested that the number of arthroscopic surgery had increased by 51.33%,the failure of arthroscopic instruments had decreased from 11 to 6,the maintenance cost decreased from 94800yuan to 54600yuan,the differences were statistically significant(χ^2=4.32,P=0.038<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the FOCUSPDCA procedure allows for effective management of steps such as preusing,using,cleaning and sterilization of arthroscopic instruments and other instruments damage,thus lowering the fault rate and costs,which can apply to other endoscopic instruments in operating room for reference.
