消毒供应室的质量监测管理对于控制器械的消毒灭菌质量的作用效果研究

Study on the Effect of Quality Monitoring and Management of Disinfection Supply Room on the Quality Control of Disinfection and Sterilization of Instruments

目的:探究消毒供应室的质量监测管理对于控制器械的消毒灭菌质量的作用。方法:选取2018年8月~2019年8月作为研究阶段,其中2018年8月期间消毒供应室实施常规管理方式,2018年9月~2019年8月期间消毒供应室实施质量监测管理,观察并对比质量监测管理实施其器械的消毒灭菌质量效果。结果:实施前后管理合格率比对差异明显,实施后合格率更高(P<0.05),施后的数据明显优于实施前,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在消毒供应室中应用质量监测管理对医疗器械进行控制,能够明显提高其消毒灭菌质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of quality monitoring and management of disinfection supply room on the quality control of disinfection and sterilization of instruments.Methods:The period from August 2018 to August 2019 was selected as the research stage,in which the conventional management mode was implemented in the disinfection supply room in August 2018,and the quality monitoring management was implemented in the disinfection supply room from September 2018 to August 2019,to observe and compare the disinfection and sterilization quality effect of the devices implemented in the quality monitoring management.Results:Before and after implementation,the qualified rate of management was significantly different(P<0.05),the data after application was significantly better than that before implementation,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of quality monitoring management to the control of medical devices in the disinfection supply room can significantly improve the quality of disinfection and sterilization.
