西部地区贸易上游度测算研究:20年结构演变

The Evaluation of Upstream Rate in Western Region:The Structural Change for the Past 20 Years

新时代构建西部大开发新格局,是中国经济发展、对外开放和新一轮深化改革的战略重点。运用地区投入产出表,基于贸易上游度测算理论,系统考察西部大开发20年来西部地区贸易规模,及各行业在全球价值链分工地位上的演变特征。研究表明:整体而言,西部地区整体处于产业链下游,但要素推动其呈现沿分工链条向上游移动的趋势;分行业来看,采选业等相关行业上游度指数更高,且行业生产链长度逐步延伸;分地区来看,相较于西南地区,西北地区融入全球价值链程度更深,而西南地区制造业发展现状更好。基于此,进一步研究揭露了区域内部不均衡发展以及要素禀赋差异等因素对西部参与国际分工的影响,提高产业关联度、利用新趋势及注重培育新动能将有助于推动西部地区经济发展和国际分工地位提升。

Constructing a new pattern of western development in the new era is the strategic focus of China's economic development,opening up to the outside world and a new round of deepening reform.Based on regional input-output table and measurement theory of trade upstream degree,the evolution characteristics of the trade scale is systematically investigated in western China and the position of different industries in global value chain division in the past 20 years.The research shows that,the western region is in the lower reaches of the industrial chain,but factors push it to move upstream along the division of labor chain.In terms of different industries,the mining industry and other related industries have higher upstream index values,and the length of industrial production chain is gradually extended.In terms of different regions,compared with the southwest region,the northwest region is more integrated into the global value chain,while the manufacturing industry in the southwest region is better developed.Further studies here reveal the influence of factors such as unbalanced development within regions and differences in factor endowments on the participation of western regions in international division of labor.Improving industrial correlation degree,utilizing new trends and focusing on cultivating new drivers will promote the econ.
