职业教育服务区域经济社会发展研究——以宿迁市为例

Research on Vocational Education Serving Regional Economic and Social Development——Taking Suqian as an Example

职业教育服务地方经济发展,必须坚持职业教育改革发展与区域经济社会发展对接,将职业教育纳入经济发展统筹规划,建立以产业为依托、以专业建设为纽带的职业教育布局,形成市区、县(区)职业教育板块,为辖区内开发区、工业园区提供技术技能人才。宿迁地处淮海经济区,近些年产业经济发展呈现突出科技创新、推进集聚发展、构建特色体系等特点,随着产业结构的不断优化升级,对人才需求提出了更高要求。在分析宿迁地区经济社会发展现状的基础上,剖析了宿迁职业教育在服务区域经济发展过程中存在的若干问题,并提出了解决问题的路径与举措。

In order to serve the local economic development, vocational education must adhere to the connection between the reform and development of vocational education and the regional economic and social development, incorporate vocational education into the overall planning of economic development, establish a vocational education layout based on industry and link with professional construction, and form urban and county(District) vocational education plates, so as to provide technical and skilled talents for the development zones and industrial parks within the jurisdiction. Suqian is located in Huaihai economic zone. In recent years, the industrial economic development has shown the characteristics of highlighting scientific and technological innovation, promoting cluster development, and building a characteristic system. With the continuous optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure, higher requirements are put forward for talents. Based on the analysis of the current situation of economic and social development in Suqian area, this paper analyzed some problems existing in Suqian vocational education serving regional economic development, and put forward the path and measures to solve the problems.
