摘要
学前教育社区一体化已成为当前世界学前教育发展趋势之一,它是指以社区为纽带将社区内幼儿园、家庭、社会等多元力量有机地整合起来,使其在思想观念上达成共识,从而形成优化组合、功能互补、协调联动的社区一体化教育合力。学前教育社区一体化的运作要以终身学习理论、系统论、共同体理论、科学发展观等为理论基础,做到三点:构建一体化组织机构,保证学前教育社区一体化运作的整体性;健全一体化的各项制度,确保学前教育社区一体化的运行畅通;完善一体化教育内容,提升学前教育社区一体化的专业层次。
Preschool education community integration has become one of the current world development trend of preschool education. It refers to the community as a link to the community kindergarten, family and society and the power organically integrate, make its reach a consensus on ideology, thus forming optimum combination, complementary functions, coordinate linkage community integration education resultant force. The operation of preschool education community integration should be based on lifelong learning theory, system theory, community theory, and scientific development concept, etc. It should: build an integrated organization to ensure the integrity of the integrated operation of preschool education community;improve the integrated system to ensure the smooth operation of preschool education community integration;improve the integrated education content to upgrade the professional level of the integrated preschool education community.
