摘要
农村初级粮食市场,也叫农村粮食集市贸易,或国家粮食市场,是我国在1953年实行粮食统购统销以后,由国家领导和管理的粮食交易场所。作为粮食统购统销的重要补充,农村初级粮食市场经历了多次关闭开放的历程。文章主要考察了农村粮食初级市场政策的演变过程及其与统购统销的关系,说明改革开放才真正解决了粮食市场开放和粮食生产发展问题。
The primary rural grain market,also known as the rural grain trade market,or the national grain market,is a grain trading place led and managed by the state after the implementation of State Monopoly of Grain Purchasing and Marketing in 1953.As a supplement to the collective purchase and sale of grain,the primary rural grain market has witnessed closures and reopening.This paper mainly explores the evolution process of rural primary grain market policy and its relationship with the state collective purchase and marketing.The paper shows that the grain market opening and grain production development have been rapidly promoted in the reform and opening up.
