摘要
高等教育要想实现发展,那么合理开发以及管理人力资源就显得非常重要,其中,教师又是人力资源中最重要的资源。高校教师不同于普通人,这是由其职业以及教育经历与常人不同所决定的,如表现最明显的就是对人格独立以及精神自由的重视。长期以来,我国高校采取的刚性师资管理方式极大地减弱了教师积极能动性以及创新性。而柔性师资管理模式则强调以人为本、重视个性化,提倡的是在尊重、理解以及重视人的前提下实现对人的良性管理以及合理安排,这种管理模式尤其适用于那些智商以及素质都较高的知识型人才。
Scientific cultivation and management of human resources are of vital importance to higher education to realize development and teachers are the most important portion of the said human resources.By the reason of professional and educational experience,college teachers are different from ordinary people.This is embodied most significantly by their emphasis on personality independence and spiritual freedom.However,for a long time,the rigid management of teachers has greatly weakened teachers’initiative and innovation.In the contrast,flexible teacher management mode emphasizes people-oriented and individualization,and advocates the realization of good management and reasonable arrangement of people on the premise of respecting,understanding and attaching importance to people.This management mode is especially suitable for the intellectual talents with high IQ and qualities.Therefore,it is very important to explore the construction of flexible teacher management mechanism and its realization of innovative path.
