Research on the Innovation of the Training Mode of Studio Talents from the Perspective of Training of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents

现代社会创新越来越为社会各界所重视,在这种情况下,高校和高职院校对于创新创业型人才培养力度逐渐加大,如何培养创业人才,如何探索高校创新创业人才培养新模式成为众多专家学者主要关注的问题之一。近年来,工作室人才培养模式的出现为创新创业人才培养模式填入了新的活力,这种模式无论是在教育资源整合方面,还是在满足社会创业要素以及提高创业者综合素质方面,都有极大的帮助,在很大程度上满足了社会对于相关人才的需求。立足于创新创业人才培养的角度,通过对工作室人才培养模式相关方面进行分析,探索实际的实践策略以及优化方案。

In modern society,innovation has been receiving progressively attention from all walks of life.Under such circumstance,colleges and higher vocational colleges have been laying ever-increasing emphasis on cultivation of innovative talents.How to cultivate entrepreneurial talents and how to explore a new mode of high-efficiency innovation and entrepreneurship talents training have become the main concerns of many experts.In recent years,the emergence of the studio talent training mode has injected new vitality into the training mode of innovation and entrepreneurship talents.This mode is of great value to integration of educational resources,satisfaction of social entrepreneurial elements and improvement of the overall quality of entrepreneurs,and to a large extent,it has met the needs of the society for relevant talents.From the perspective of innovation and entrepreneurship talent training,and through the analysis of the relevant aspects of the talent training mode of the studio,this paper explores the practical strategy and optimization program.
