习近平新时代视域下高校共青团工作研究

A Research on the Work of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Xi Jinping in the New Era

自党的十八大召开以来,习近平总书记围绕青年发展、群团组织工作的开展发表了一系列重要的讲话,传递了开展青年工作的指导思想,并以此形成习近平青年观。新形势下,高校共青团工作如何在习近平青年观的指导下开展,以更好地增强对在校团员青年的吸引力。以习近平青年观为指导,从高校共青团思想育人、组织育人、实践育人、文化育人、创新育人、服务育人等六个方面出发,提出建设性的意见和建议。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has delivered a series of important speeches about youth’s development and mass organization work.He has conveyed guiding ideologies for youth work,and based on which Xi Jinping’s views on youth are formed.This new situation poses a question.How should the work of the Communist Youth League at colleges and universities be carried out under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s views on youth to better enhance the attractiveness of Youth League members?This article,by taking Xi Jinping’s views on youth as a guide,puts forward constructive suggestions and proposals from six aspects,namely,the Communist Youth League’s ideological education,organization education,practice education,culture education,innovation education and service education.
