Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cerebrotein hydrolysate combined with urinary kallidinogenase in the treatment of transient ischemic attack(TIA).Methods A total of 102 patients with TIA treated in our hospital between May 2017 and may 2019 were divided into the control group(n=51)and study group(n=51)by random number table. The control group was treated with routine therapy, and in addition to this, the study group was given cerebrotein hydrolysate combined with urinary kallidinogenase. The treatment efficacy, neurological function, cerebral hemodynamics and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total response rate was 94%in the study group, which was significantly higher compared with 80%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant between-group differences in all indicators(P>0.05);after 8 weeks of treatment, the NIH stroke scale(NHISS),Barthel index(BI),the middle cerebral artery mean blood flow velocity(Vmean),cerebral mean blood flow(Qmean),and cerebral vascular resistance(R)in the study group were significantly greater compared with the control group at any give time point(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment with cerebrotein hydrolysate combined with urinary kallidinogenase for TIA may lead to remarkable therapeutic efficacy and significant improvements in neurological functions and cerebral hemodynamics, and therefore warrants widespread use in clinical settings.
