青光眼患者用药咨询常见问题及用药依从性调查

A survey on frequently asked questions about and compliance to medications in patients with glaucoma

目的调查青光眼患者用药依从性现状,对青光眼患者用药咨询常见问题进行分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用问卷调查的形式,对我院2018年3月至5月的300例门诊及住院青光眼患者就用药咨询常见问题及用药依从性进行调查。结果用药咨询常见问题排名前4的分别是用法用量、注意事项、不良反应和禁忌证。用药依从性影响因素的单因素分析表明低依从性29%、中度依从性50%、高依从性21%。结论青光眼患者用药咨询现阶段应该主要从用法用量、用药注意事项、不良反应和禁忌证方面进行。青光眼患者用药依从性与疾病确诊时间、复查周期、用药种类和用药次数的相关性比较大。

Objective To investigate the current status of medication compliance in patients with glaucoma,and analyze the frequently asked questions(FAQs)about medications among these patients,so as to provide evidence for rational medication in clinical practice.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 300 ambulatory and hospitalized glaucoma patients in our hospital between March and May 2018 on the FAQs about and compliance to medications.Results The first four leading FAQs about medication were usage,dosage,precautions,adverse reactions and contraindications.Univariate analysis about influencing factors of compliance to medication showed that the compliance was low in 29%,moderate in 50%,and high in 21%of the interviewees.Conclusion Current practice in medication consultation for glaucoma patients should focus on usage,dosage,medication precautions,adverse reactions and contraindications.In patients with glaucoma,compliance to medication is associated with the duration since diagnosis,follow-up intervals,type and frequency of medications.
