摘要
文章探索了一种无法用GB 4789.15—2016直接计数冠突散囊菌的茯砖茶样品,通过50℃、60℃、70℃不同水浴温度的处理,孟加拉红琼脂培养基、察氏培养基、高盐察氏培养基等三种不同培养基的选择,最终确定了60℃水浴处理半小时,用孟加拉红培养基培养为该茯砖茶冠突散囊菌的最佳计数方法。
In this paper,an Eurotium Cristatum counting method was developed for the Fuzhuan Tea with molds,which GB 4789.15-2016 is not suitable for counting.Different bath temperature(50 ℃,60 ℃ and 70 ℃) and medium(Rose Bengal Medium,Czapek Dox Medium and Salt Czapek Dox Medium) were compared,and the results showed that 60 ℃ and Rose Bengal Medium was the optimalcondition for the Fuzhuan Tea with molds.
