血清Omentin-1、SF、ODF及OCIF在骨质疏松性椎体骨折中的表达及与骨密度的相关性分析 被引量:7

Analysis of the expression of serum Omentin-1,SF,ODF and OCIF in osteoporotic vertebral fractures and their correlation with bone mineral density

摘要 目的探讨血清网膜素-1(Omentin-1)、铁蛋白(SF)、破骨细胞分化因子(ODF)及破骨细胞生成抑制因子(OCIF)在骨质疏松性椎体骨折中的表达及与骨密度的相关性。方法选择2017年3月至2018年3月该院接诊的130例骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者作为观察组,并选择同期体检健康者100例作为对照组,分析血清Omentin-1、SF、ODF、OCIF、腰椎正位骨密度、股骨颈骨密度的表达及其相关性。结果观察组患者血清Omentin-1水平低于对照组,SF、ODF、OCIF水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者血清腰椎正位骨密度、股骨颈骨密度水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。低骨量患者Omentin-1水平高于骨质疏松、严重骨质疏松患者,SF、ODF、OCIF水平低于骨质疏松、严重骨质疏松患者(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果中显示,血清Omentin-1与腰椎正位骨密度、股骨颈骨密度均呈正相关(r=0.920、0.883,P<0.05),血清SF、ODF、OCIF与腰椎正位骨密度(r=-0.904、-0.768、-0.725,P<0.05)、股骨颈骨密度均呈负相关(r=-0.872、-0.740、-0.695,P<0.05)。结论在骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者中血清Omentin-1、SF、ODF、OCIF的表达和骨密度密切相关。 Objective To study analysis of the expression of serum Omentin-1,ferritin(SF),osteoclast differentiation factor(ODF)and osteoclast production inhibiting factor(OCIF)in osteoporotic vertebral fractures and their correlation with bone mineral density.Methods A total of 130 patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the observation group.A total of 100 healthy patients who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The expression and correlation of serum Omentin-1,SF,ODF,OCIF,lumbar orthotopic bone mineral density,and femoral neck bone mineral density were analyzed.Results The level of serum Omentin-1 in the observation group was lower than those in the control group,and the levels of SF,ODF,and OCIF were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum bone mineral density of the lumbar spine and femoral neck of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The level of Omentin-1 in patients with low bone mass was higher than that of patients with osteoporosis and severe osteoporosis,and the levels of SF,ODF,and OCIF were lower than those of patients with osteoporosis and severe osteoporosis(P<0.05).The results of correlation analysis showed that serum Omentin-1 was positively correlated with lumbar vertebral bone mineral density and femoral neck bone mineral density(r=0.920,0.883,P<0.05),serum SF,ODF,OCIF were negatively correlated with lumbar vertebral bone mineral density(r=-0.904,-0.768,-0.725,P<0.05)and femoral neck bone mineral density(r=-0.872,-0.740,-0.695,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a close relationship between the expression of serum Omentin-1,SF,ODF,OCIF and bone mineral density in patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures.
