广州市番禺区1 094例男性精液常规分析

Analysis of semen quality of 1094 cases of men in Panyu,Guangzhou

目的分析该院生殖健康中心进行生育咨询及健康体检的男性精液常规参数,比较不同年龄段男性精液质量的差异。方法以该院1094例男性精液标本为研究对象,依据年龄分为3组,A组(<30岁)542例,B组(30岁~40岁)481例,C组(>40岁)71例,对标本进行精液常规检测并分析。结果1094例男性精液标本中,正常463例,占42.32%;异常631例,占57.68%。各年龄组精液量、精子总活力百分比及精子前向运动百分比均随着年龄的增长,呈下降趋势。与A组比较,B组、C组精液量均降低,且C组低于B组(P<0.05)。结论番禺地区男性随着年龄的增长,精液量及精子活力下降,应重视男性生育检查与保健。

Objective To analyze the routine parameters of men′s semen for fertility consultation and health check-ups in the reproductive health center of our hospital,and to compare the differences in semen quality of men of different ages.Methods A total of 1094 men semen specimens in our hospital as the research object were collected and divided into 3 groups according to age,542 cases in group A(<30 years old),481 cases in group B(30-40 years old),71 cases in group C(>40 years old),the specimens were routinely tested and analyzed for semen.Results Among the 1094 samples,463 cases were normal,accounted for 42.32%and 631 cases were abnormal,accounted for 57.68%.The semen volume,total sperm motility percentage,and forward movement sperm percentage of each age group showed a downward trend with age.Compared with group A,the semen volume of group B and group C decreased,and group C was lower than group B(P<0.05).Conclusion As men in Panyu area grow older,their semen volume and sperm motility decrease,so male fertility inspection and health care should be emphasized.
