基于传递函数分析的高速铁路自耦变压器绕组轴向移位故障诊断研究 被引量:4

摘要 高速铁路自耦变压器绕组移位故障将极大地影响牵引供电系统安全性,频率响应法是目前检测变压器绕组是否发生变形或移位的有效方法。为提升高速铁路自耦变压器分裂式绕组轴向移位故障诊断的准确性,基于绕组仿真和试验频率响应曲线,综合考虑频率响应幅频和相频曲线,结合快速松弛矢量匹配算法计算得到系统传递函数表达式,求解得到正常和故障情况下传递函数系数序列的Kendall Rank相关系数,并通过量化Kendall Rank相关系数,提出了一种分裂式绕组移位故障诊断方法。结果表明:所提出的相关系数能够有效反映绕组的移位程度,并通过实测案例验证了所提方法的有效性。 The fault of winding displacement of high-speed railway autotransformer will greatly affect the safety of traction power supply system.Frequency response analysis(FRA)method is known as an effective method to detect transformer winding deformation or displacement.In order to improve the accuracy of the axial displacement fault diagnosis of the split winding in an autotransformer of high-speed railway,based on the frequency response curve of winding simulation and test,this paper adopted the fast relaxation vector fitting method to obtain the transfer function of the winding considering the winding’s amplitude and phase frequency curves.Then an axial displacement fault diagnosis method of split winding was proposed by calculating the Kendall Rank correlation coefficient of the transfer function coefficient sequence under the reference and fault conditions.The results show that the proposed correlation coefficient can effectively reflect the extent of winding displacement,and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by a case study.
