摘要
结合国家森林城市建设历程、成效和社会经济发展现状与战略,比较分析了对应于林业行业标准《国家森林城市评价指标》(LY/T2004-2012),国家标准《国家森林城市评价指标》(GB/T 37342-2019)在指标方面的变更情况,并简要介绍了受损弃置地生态修复、资源保护、乡村公园、绿道网络、示范活动等5个新增指标,新造林面积、城市林业经济体系等2个删减指标,市域森林覆盖率和林木覆盖率、城区乔木种植比例和城区树冠覆盖率、村屯绿化和乡村绿化等3项提升指标的要求内容。
Forest city development has experienced a long time and some achievements have been reached.Based on National Forest City Evaluation Indicators specified by LY/T2004-2012 and GB/T 37342-2019,difference and common ground were analyzed.Five new indicators regarding ecosystem restoration,resources conservation,rural park,network of greenway and demonstration spots,two deleted indicators like new afforestation area and economic system in relation to urban forest,and three enhanced indicators regarding prefecture forest coverage and tree coverage,percentage of urban arbor trees and crown coverage,village green coverage and rural green requirement,were elaborated.
