北京市道路护栏治理工作的思考

Thoughts on the Management of Road Guardrails in Beijing

城市道路护栏是我国城市初级发展阶段的管理选择,随着城市转型提级、品质提升的发展要求,以往道路护栏应用模式亟须调整.基于北京市道路护栏治理工作实践,指出城市道路护栏存在割裂道路空间、降低出行品质、存在安全隐患等具体问题,并针对性提出解决对策,指出未来城市对道路护栏治理工作的具体路径,为国内其他城市道路护栏治理工作提供借鉴.

Urban road guardrails are the management choice in the primary development stage of cities in our country.With the development requirements of urban transformation and quality improvement,the past roadway guardrail application models urgently need to be adjusted.Based on the practice of roadway guardrail treatment in Beijing,this paper points out that urban road barriers have specific problems such as fragmentation of road space,reduced travel quality,and potential safety hazards.It also proposes targeted solutions and points out the specific path of roadway guardrail management in the future.This paper can provide reference for the management of roadway guardrail in other Chinese cities.
