血府逐瘀汤联合依那普利对心力衰竭患者血清炎症因子水平的影响

Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with enalapril on serum inflammatory factors in patients with heart failure

目的分析血府逐瘀汤联合依那普利用于心力衰竭患者治疗中对血清炎症因子水平的影响,证实血府逐瘀汤联合依那普利治疗的价值。方法采用随机数字表法将研究选取的129例心力衰竭病例分为2组,在基础治疗的同时,1组65例采用口服依那普利片进行治疗,为对照组;另一组64例采用血府逐瘀汤联合依那普利进行治疗,为观察组。连续治疗4周后按照分组对病例的疗效、安全性、血清炎症因子、中医证候积分等进行评价、组间比较及统计学分析。结果2组总有效率分别为95.38%和85.94%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率分别为16.92%和17.19%,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组的中医症候评分分别为(28.4±2.2)分和(27.5±2.3)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两研究组的中医症候评分分别为(13.4±2.2)分和(18.3±2.2)分,观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、B型脑钠肽、血尿酸和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α等血清炎症因子值分别为(25±5)mmol/L、(513±95)pg/ml、(457±46)μmol/L和(76±7)ng/L均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤联合依那普利用于心力衰竭患者治疗中能够提升临床疗效、安全性,改善中医症候评分和血清炎症因子水平,用于临床具有推广价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with enalapril on the level of serum inflammatory factors in patients with heart failure,and to confirm the value of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with enalapril.Methods Atotal of 129 cases of heart failure were divided into two groups by random number table method.Based on the basic treatment,65 cases treated with oral enalapril tablet were enrolled as control group,64 cases treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with enalapril were enrolled as the observation group.After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the curative effect,safety,serum inflammatory factors and TCM syndrome scores of the patients were evaluated,compared and statistically analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the two groups was 95%and 86%respectively,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were 17%and 17%respectively(P>0.05).The TCM symptom scores of the two study groups before treatment were(28.4±2.2)and(27.5±2.3),respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The TCM symptom scores of the two study groups after treatment were(13.4±2.2)and(18.3±2.2)respectively,the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Hcy,BNP,serum uric acid and TNF-αwere(24.9±4.8)mmol/L,(513±95)pg/ml,(457±47)μmol/L and(76±7)ng/L in the observation group,respectively,higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and enalapril in the treatment of heart failure can improve the clinical efficacy,safety,TCM symptom score and serum inflammatory factors.
