智慧护理在供应室外来器械全流程管理中的应用研究

Research on the application of smart nursing in the whole process management of supplying equipment from outside

目的探讨智慧护理在供应室外来器械全流程管理中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2016年1月-2019年12月我院供应室接受外科科室外来器械包60包(2307件)资料,将2016年1月-2017年12月采用常规管理方法的30包(1071件)设为对照组,将2018年1月-2019年12月采用常规管理联合智慧护理的30包(1236件)设为观察组,对比2组满意度、器械包湿包率、消毒不合格及损伤情况。结果观察组器械包湿包率、消毒不合格率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组器械包损伤情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组中护理人员的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论智慧护理干预可降低供应室外来器械包的湿包率、消毒不合格率,提高护理工作人员的满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of smart nursing in the whole process management of equipment supplied outside.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the data of 60 packs(2307 pieces)of equipment kits received from the surgical department of our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019,and 30 packs(devices)of conventional management methods from January 2016 to December 2017 The number of 1071 cases)was classified as a control group,and 30 packs(1236 pieces of equipment)that used conventional management and smart care from January 2018 to December 2019 were classified as an observation group,comparing the satisfaction of care and wet packs of equipment between the two groups Rate,unqualified disinfection and damage.Results The wet pack rate and sterilization unqualified rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the damage of the device pack between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The satisfaction of nursing staff in the group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Smart nursing intervention can reduce the wet-pack rate and disinfection unqualified rate of equipment supplied from outside,and improve the nursing satisfaction of staff.
