AIDET沟通模式在喉癌手术患者ICU术前访视中的应用效果分析

The effect of AIDET communication mode on preoperative visits of ICU patients with laryngeal cancer surgery

目的探讨AIDET沟通模式应用于喉癌手术患者ICU术前访视中的效果。方法将我院2019年1月-12月行喉癌手术的患者作为试验组,纳入26例,实施基于AIDET沟通模式的ICU护士术前访视,2018年1月-12月行喉癌手术的患者作为对照组,纳入20例,实施常规的ICU护士术前访视模式。比较2组患者的焦虑程度、压力状况,以及护理服务满意度。结果实验组患者满意度为96.15%,对照组为75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者焦虑程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组环境压力评分为(61.35±5.34)分,对照组为(68.05±9.16)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于AIDET沟通模式的ICU术前访视可有效缓解喉癌手术患者的焦虑和压力状况,提高护理服务满意度,深化优质护理内涵。

Objective To explore the effect of AIDET communication model in preoperative ICU visit of patients undergoing laryngeal cancer surgery.Methods Patients in our hospital who were to undergo surgery for laryngeal cancer from January-December 2019 were included as an experimental group,26 patients were included,and theimplemen-tation of the procedure based on the AIDET communication model of preoperative ICU nurse visits for patients who underwent laryngeal cancer surgery January-December 2018 as a control group,20 patients were included,and a routine preoperative ICU nurse visit model was implemented to compare the anxiety level and stress of the two groups.status,and satisfaction with nursing services.Results The degree of satisfaction was 96.15%in the experimental group and 75.00%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 16 patients without anxiety in the experimental group and 4 patients in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The environmental stress score was(61.35±5.34)in the experimental group and(68.05±9.16)in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative visit in ICU based on AIDET communication mode can effectively relieve anxiety and stress of patients undergoing laryngeal cancer surgery,improve nursing service satisfaction,and deepen the connotation of high-quality nursing.
