疫情期间发热门诊护理人员预防针刺伤的安全实践

Safety practice of avoiding needle stick injuries about nursing staff in fever clinic during epidemic period

目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间发热门诊护理人员预防针刺伤的安全实践,以减少针刺伤风险。方法将24名支援发热门诊的护理人员纳入研究中,成立若干发热门诊护理小组,实施共享治理,通过固定搭配班次、小组讨论等方式制定预防措施并推动实行。结果从2020年1月3日00:00-2020年2月12日00:00,发热门诊护理人员无1例发生针刺伤。结论发热门诊护理小组发挥了护理人员的主观能动性,将“共享治理”落到实处,从而使护理部的大局调控精准实施到各项细节,通过落实一系列预防措施,降低了发热门诊护理人员发生针刺伤的风险,为避免医院感染提供了实践依据。

Objectives To exploy the safety practice of avoding needle stick injuries about nursing staff in fever clinic during epidemic period,reduce the risk of needle stick injury.Methods Twenty-four nurses who supported the fever clinic were included in the study,A number of nursing group was setted up and shared management was implemented,through fixed collocation shift and group discussion to develop preventive measures and promote the implementation.Results From 0 o'clock on January 3,2020 to 0 o'clock on February 12,2020,no needle stick injury occurred in the nursing staff of fever clinic.Conclusions The fever clinic nursing team had exerted the subjective initiative of nursing staff and implemented the"Shared management",carried out macro-control in every detail.By carrying out a series of preventive measures,the risk of needle puncture among nurses in the fever clinic was minimized,which provided a practical basis for reducing nosocomial infection.
