摘要
目的探讨思维导图在神经外科实习护生护理教学中的应用效果。方法选择福建省某三甲医院神经外科2017年7月-2018年3月实习护生43名为对照组,采用传统神经外科护理教学方法;选择2018年7月-2019年3月实习护生42名为观察组,在对照组基础上应用思维导图护理教学,2组带教老师均由科室年资高、带教经验丰富的护师担任,比较2组考核成绩及教学质量评价情况。结果2组实习护生教学开始前考核成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学结束后,观察组理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组教学质量评价优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思维导图能显著提高神经外科护生教学质量,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of thinking map in nursing teaching of nursing students in neurosurgery practice.Methods 43 clinical nursing students from July 2017 to March 2018 in a tertiary hospital of Fujian Province were selected as the control group.The traditional teaching method of neurosurgery nursing was used as the control group,The observation group selected 42 nursing students from July 2018 to March 2019.On the basis of the control group,thinking map nursing teaching was applied.The two groups of teaching teachers were both senior nursing teachers and experienced nursing teachers in the department.The assessment results and teaching quality evaluation of the two groups of nursing students were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before the beginning of teaching.After the end of teaching,the results of theoretical and operational examination in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05),Compared with the control group,the satisfaction degree of teaching mode in the observation group was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05)Conclusion Mental map can significantly improve the teaching quality of nursing students in neurosurgery,and it is worth popularizing.
