聚丙烯粉末选择性激光烧结3D打印研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 围绕聚丙烯粉末材料的3D打印技术,论述了四种3D打印技术和各自的优势与不足,包括选择性激光烧结、选择性激光融化技术、熔融沉积成型和三维喷涂粘接技术;针对适用于聚丙烯粉末的选择性激光烧结技术,分析论述了其打印工艺参数;分类总结了四种聚丙烯粉末的制备方式和各自特点对比,包括溶剂沉淀法、溶液分散法、直接聚合法和机械粉碎法;关于选择性激光烧结用聚丙烯材料的掺杂改性做了分类论述;最后总结了聚丙烯粉末的选择性激光烧结技术发展和其应用。对聚丙烯材料的3D打印做了一个全面的总结分析,其内容可为从事聚丙烯粉末3D打印相关工作科研人员和生产技术人员提供参考借鉴。 Focusing on the 3D printing technology of polypropylene powder materials,the four 3D printing technologies and their respective advantages and disadvantages were discussed,including selective laser sintering,selective laser melting technology,fused deposition molding and three-dimensional spray bonding technology.Aiming at the selective laser sintering technology of polypropylene powder,its printing process parameters were analyzed and discussed.Four polypropylene powder preparation methods and their characteristics comparison,including solvent precipitation method,solution dispersion method,direct polymerization method and mechanical crushing method were summarized.The doping modification of polypropylene materials for selective laser sintering was classified and discussed.Finally,the development and application of selective laser sintering technology for polypropylene powder were summarized.A comprehensive summary and analysis of the 3D printing of polypropylene materials was provided,and its content can provide reference for scientific researchers and production technicians engaged in the work of 3D printing of polypropylene powder.
