滑石粉添加量对口模拉伸自增强聚丙烯性能的影响 被引量:9

Effect of Talc Contents on the Properties of Self-reinforced Samples Prepared by Die Streching

摘要 利用单螺杆熔融挤出滑石粉填充聚丙烯(Talc/PP)复合材料料坯,并借助自行研制的口模拉伸自增强实验平台对料坯进行二次加热拉伸,从而制得密度降低的Talc/PP自增强聚丙烯复合型材。通过对试样微观结构、密度、热性能和力学性能的测试表征,研究了不同Talc含量对熔融挤出和口模拉伸制备的试样性能的影响。结果表明,相较于熔融挤出的Talc/PP复合材料料坯,口模拉伸后的Talc/PP自增强试样的力学性能得到大幅度提高,拉伸强度、弯曲强度和缺口冲击强度最大增加幅度分别为606%、119%和1337%;同时复合材料的密度有所下降,密度最大降低幅度为10.22%;此外随着Talc含量的不断增加,熔融挤出和口模拉伸后Talc/PP试样的力学性能均呈下降趋势,但密度呈上升趋势。 The billets of talc/polypropylene(PP)composites were prepared by the single-screw extruder first and then die drawn by the self-designed experimental platform for the purpose of die streching,which contributed to the decreased density and improved mechanical properties of samples.The effects of talc contents on the morphology,density,thermal and mechanical properties of both billets and self-reinforced samples were investigated.The experimental results indicate that comparing with billets,the tensile strength,bending strength and impact strength of the self-reinforced samples are significantly improved by die streching,which increase 606%,119%and 1337%,respectively.Meanwhile,the density decreases 10.22%after die streching.Besides,with the increase of talc contents,the mechanical properties of talc/PP samples could decrease after melt extrusion and die streching,and the density increases.
