摘要
研究在利用熔融沉积成型(FDM)技术3D打印生产小批量定制式医疗模型过程中,分析医学数据导入、数据处理、产品打印全过程。根据全生产过程构建数学模型,优化工艺流程,从而达到提升产品合格率与设备利用率,为小批量生产定制式医疗模型的实现提供有益借鉴。在制备医学模型过程中,研究发现在模型打印、模型提取分割过程,耗时较多;其次在模型后处理、修复阶段。
The whole process of medical data import,data processing,and product printing in the process of using 3D printing fused deposition molding(FDM)technology to produce small batch customized medical models was investigated.A mathematical model according to the whole production process was established,the process flow was optimized,thus the product qualification rate and equipment utilization were improved,and it provided a useful reference for the realization of the small batch production customized medical model.In the process of preparing the medical model,it was found that the process of model printing,model extraction and segmentation was time-consuming.Secondly,it was the stage of model post-processing and repair.
