摘要
通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)动态升温方法测试了新型的改性双马来酰亚胺树脂(5429树脂)的固化反应热流曲线,分析获得5429树脂的固化特性。采用转矩流变仪对5429树脂的流变性进行研究,得到了该树脂的动态黏温性能和等温黏温性能,进一步通过阿伦尼乌兹方程进行拟合得到了5429树脂的流变模型。用实际测试得到的黏度曲线验证流变模型,结果显示流变模型可以较准确地拟合实际测试的黏度曲线。研究结果为5429树脂复合材料的成型加工提供了理论依据和实验数据参考。
5429 resin was a new type of modified bismaleimide resin.The heat flow curve of curing reaction of the 5429 bismaleimide resin was tested by the differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)dynamic heating method,and then the curing characteristics of the 5429 bismaleimide resin were analyzed and obtained.At the same time,a torque rheometer was used to study the rheological behavior of the 5429 bismaleimide resin.The viscosity during heating and isothermal processes of the resin was obtained.A rheological model of the 5429 bismaleimide resin was established by Arrhenius equation.The rheological model was verified by the actual viscosity curve.The results show that the rheological model can well match the actual viscosity curve.This work provides the theoretical basis and practical data for the molding process of composite materials based on 5429 bismaleimide resin.
