摘要
选用3种不同的硅灰石,按一定比例与钛白粉进行复配,制备氮系阻燃尼龙材料,结果用色相及力学性能进行表征。结果表明,当硅灰石与钛白粉质量比小于2∶8时,可以达到一定的增白作用;当硅灰石与钛白粉的复配比例大于2∶8时,L会随着替代比例的增加呈下降趋势。另外,硅灰石的加入会降低氮系阻燃尼龙的阻燃性能,并随着硅灰石比例的增加而降低。在氮系阻燃产品中,综合考虑硅灰石对产品色相及性能的影响,最佳钛白粉替代物为PA1210-Z,最佳硅灰石∶钛白粉复配比例为2∶8。
Three kinds of wollastonite were mixed with titanium dioxide in a certain proportion to prepare nitrogen-series flame retardant nylon materials.The results were characterized by the color phase and mechanical properties.The results show when the mass ratio of wollastonite to titanium dioxide is less than 2∶8,the whiteness increases.The L value could decrease with the increase of the substitution ratio when the mass ratio of wollastonite to titanium dioxide is greater than 2∶8.In addition,the flame retardant performance of nitrogen flame retardant products could decrease with the increase of wollastonite proportion.In nitrogen flame retardant nylon,considering the effect of wollastonite on the product hue and performance,the best titanium dioxide substitute is PA1210-Z,and the best mass ratio for wollastonite and titanium dioxide is 2∶8.
