摘要
以六方氮化硼(h-BN)、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、聚酰胺酰亚胺(PAI)为原料,采用喷涂-固化方法制备了h-BN/PTFE/PAI复合涂层。研究了不同质量分数h-BN对复合涂层的硬度、摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,随着h-BN质量分数的提高,复合涂层的硬度会降低;复合涂层的摩擦系数和磨损量随着h-BN含量的增加先下降后提高;当h-BN质量分数为0.7%时,摩擦系数最低,为0.077,磨损量最少,为2.34×108μm 3;当h-BN质量分数为1.5%时,会导致涂层的致密性下降,摩擦磨损性能下降;复合涂层的磨损形式为黏着磨损和磨粒磨损。
The composite coating of h-BN/PTFE/PAI was prepared by spraying and curing with hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN),polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)and polyamideimide(PAI)as raw materials.The influence of h-BN on the hardness,friction and wear properties of composite coatings was studied.The results show that the hardness of composite coating decreases with the increase of h-BN mass fraction.With the increase of h-BN content,the friction coefficient and wear amount of the composite coating decrease first and then increase.When the h-BN mass fraction is 0.7%,the friction coefficient is the lowest(0.077)and the wear amount is the least(2.34×108μm 3).When the h-BN mass fraction is 1.5%,the densification and friction and wear performance of the coating could be reduced.The wear forms of composite coating are adhesive wear and abrasive wear.
