摘要
福建三钢6^#高炉渣处理工艺改造前,存在着境污染严重、渣水分离效果不佳、操作环境不理想等不足。利用6~#高炉技术改造的机会,福建三钢决定将渣处理系统进行技术改造。通过目前主流的渣处理工艺的比选,并结合该厂的实际情况和操作习惯,最终确定底滤法作为改造后的渣处理工艺,通过渣处理工艺的改造,为高炉的稳定高产奠定基础。
Before transformation of the slag treatment process for 6~#blast furnace of Fujian Sansteel,there are such problems as serious environmental pollution,the slag-water separation effect is not good,and the operating environment is not ideal.Take advantage of the technical transformation of 6^#blast furnace,Fujian Sangang decided to carry out technical transformation of slag treatment system.Through the current mainstream slag treatment process selection,and combined with the actual situation of the operating habits,ultimately the factory determined bottom filtration process as modified slag treatment process,through the transformation of slag treatment process,to lay a good foundation for the steady high yield of blast furnace.
