高炉生产以稳定顺行为基础,稳定顺行是高炉生产的灵魂,也是高炉获得良好经济指标和提高铁水质量的前提条件。近年来钢铁企业经营压力不断加大,高炉生产以降低生产成本为主,导致进厂原燃料种类增多,品质差异大,已经影响到了高炉的正常生产。在目前的条件下,如何提高铁水的质量控制已成为行业面临的新课题。

The blast furnace production is based on stable and smooth operation,it is the soul of blast furnace production and the precondition for obtaining good economic index and improving the quality of molten iron.In recent years,the operation pressure of iron and steel enterprises has been increasing,the blast furnace production is mainly to reduce the production cost,which leads to the increase of the types of raw materials and fuels entering the plant and the great difference in quality,it has affected the normal production of blast furnace.Under current conditions,how to improve the quality control of molten iron has become a new issue for the industry.
