浅谈40000 Nm^3/h空分装置的优化设计

摘要 天津天钢联合特钢有限公司现有3套高能耗老式空分装置,属于落后淘汰设备,目前已经不能满足现实生产需要。因此,公司决定投资建设装机容量为40 000 Nm^3/h的空分装置。本文从设备选型和节能降耗等方面,阐述了新建40 000 Nm^3/h的空分装置的技术优势和工艺特点,在保证了整套机组的安全可靠性的同时,重点关注了机组节能效果。机组的投运,不仅对联合特钢的节能减排有着重大的意义,也对天津地区的环保效益有着深远的意义。 Tianjin Tiangang United Special Steel Co.,Ltd.has 3 high energy consumption old air separation units,it belong to the obsolete knock out equipment,at present,could not satisfy the actual production needs.As a result,company decided to invest in building air separation units with an installed capacity of 40000 Nm^3/h.In this paper,from aspects of equipment selection and energy saving and consumption reduction etc.,expatiating the technical advantages and technological characteristics of the new 40000 Nm^3/h air separation unit,while ensuring the safety and reliability of the whole unit,the energy saving effect of the unit is emphasized.The operation of the unit is of great significance not only to the energy saving and emission reduction of United Special Steel,but also to the environmental protection benefit of Tianjin area.
