稀土元素镧对铝硅镀层组织结构的影响

摘要 通过热浸镀模拟试验机制取不同镧含量铝硅镀层钢板试样,使用电感耦合等离子体光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、能谱分析仪等试验设备研究了不同镧含量铝硅镀层钢板试样的镀层组织结构。结果表明:添加稀土元素镧对铝硅镀层组织结构影响不大,但镧有表面富集倾向;当镧含量较高时,镀层表面生成较多富镧相,表面较为粗糙。 Samples of aluminum-silicon coating with different Lanthanum content were obtained by hot-dip simulation test mechanism,using inductively coupled plasma spectrometer、scanning electron microscope、energy spectrum analyzer、and other test equipment to study the coating structure of aluminum-silicon coating with different Lanthanum content.The results show that the addition of rare earth element Lanthanum has little influence on the coating structure of aluminum-silicon coating,but Lanthanum tends to be enriched on the surface;When the content of Lanthanum is high,more Lanthanum-rich phases are formed on the surface of the coating,and the surface is rough.
