This paper briefly introduces SAP and SAP HR system,expounds the advantages and significance of SAP HR system in the application of enterprise informatization,comprehensively discusses the challenges that SAP HR system faces in the enterprise application and promotion,and puts forward the suggestions for meeting the challenges.
