大口径武器双阀液压伺服系统控制方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 大口径武器液压伺服系统油泵以往大多采用进口的变量泵,要求用伺服阀和比例阀组合代替实现流量和压力控制,即用比例阀和伺服阀同时控制,以保证响应速度。当接近理想位置时,关闭比例阀,只用伺服阀单独调节。首先采用Bang-Bang(开关)控制,实现对比例阀的快速切换;然后考虑到液压控制元件会引起系统的非线性问题,采用模糊PID控制器来改善伺服阀单独控制时的系统性能,以保证较好的位置追踪精度;最后利用Simulink仿真分析系统控制性能。仿真结果表明,使用的双阀模糊PID控制策略能够较好地提高大口径武器的控制精度和速度。 Most of oil pumps in the hydraulic servo system of the big-caliber weapon adopt imported variable pumps,and the servo valve and proportional valve need be combined to realize flow and pressure control,namely,the proportional valve and servo valve are used at the same time to ensure response speed.When the ideal position is approached,the proportional valve is switched off and only the servo valve is used for adjustment.Firstly,Bang-Bang(switching)control was adopted to realize fast switching of the proportional valve.Then,considering that hydraulic control components would give rise to nonlinearity in the system,a fuzzy PID controller was adopted to improve system performance at the time when only the servo valve was used for control,so that a quite good position tracking accuracy might be ensured;Finally,system control performance was analyzed through Simulink simulation.Its results showed that the double-valve fuzzy PID control strategy could considerably raise the control accuracy and speed of big-caliber weapons.
