摘要
目的探讨七星丹联合新型伤口敷料治疗糖尿病肢端混合性坏疽的临床疗效。方法选取2016年10月至2019年10月于成都中医药大学附属医院,诊断为糖尿病混合性坏疽住院患者66例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组33例,试验组使用七星丹联合新型敷料,对照组单独使用新型敷料进行干预。比较两组患者伤口治愈率、总有效率及愈合时间。结果试验组治疗总有效率为93.94%,20例痊愈患者的创面愈合时间为(17.5±6.6)d;对照组治疗总有效率为87.87%,13例痊愈患者的创面愈合时间为(23.3±4.7)d。两组总有效率和痊愈患者创面愈合时间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单独使用新型伤口敷料相比,七星丹联合新型伤口敷料治疗糖尿病肢端混合性坏疽,可缩短伤口清创时间,有效促进肉芽生长和创面愈合。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qixingdan combined with new type of wound dressing in the treatment of diabetic acral mixed gangrene.Methods A total of 66 hospitalized patients diagnosed as diabetic mixed gangrene in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2016 to October 2019 were selected as study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 33 patients in each group.The experimental group was treated with Qixingdan combined with new type of wound dressing,while the control group was treated with new type of wound dressing alone.The wound healing rate,effective rate and healing time were compared between the two groups.Results In the experimental group,the total effective rate was 93.94%,and the wound healing time of the 20 cured patients was(17.5±6.6)d.In the control group,the total effective rate was 87.87%,and the wound healing time of the 13 cured patients was(23.3±4.7)d.The differences of total effective rate and wound healing time between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the new type of wound dressing alone,Qixingdan combined with the new type of wound dressing for the treatment of diabetic acral mixed gangrene can shorten wound debridement time and effectively promote granulation growth and wound healing.
