老年护理硕士专业学位研究生临床能力评价指标体系的构建研究

Study on the Construction of Clinical Competence Evaluation Index System of Master of Nursing Specialist for the Elderly

目的构建一套全面、客观、可行的老年护理硕士专业学位(MNS)研究生临床能力评价指标体系,包括临床能力评价指标及考核方式。方法通过文献分析法、访谈法和理论研究初步编制老年方向MNS研究生临床能力评价指标体系框架,采用德尔菲法对25位专家进行2轮问卷,确定各指标及权重分值。结果构建的老年MNS研究生临床能力评价指标体系涵盖一级指标7项,二级指标30项,涵盖知识、技能和态度。结论本研究结合老龄化社会对老年护理高级人才实际需求,形成一套覆盖知识、技能、态度的临床能力评价指标体系,不仅为老年MNS研究生质量评价提供参考,也为老年护理专硕培养指明实践方向。

Objective To construct a comprehensive,objective and feasible evaluation index system for clinical competence of master of nursing specialist(MNS)for the elderly,including evaluation index and assessment method.Methods Through literature analysis,interview and theoretical research,the framework of clinical competence evaluation index system of master of nursing specialist(MNS)for the elderly was preliminarily constructed.The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of questionnaires on 25 experts to determine the indexes and weight scores.Results The constructed evaluation index system for clinical competence of master of nursing specialist(MNS)for the elderly includes 7 first-level indexes and 30 second-level indexes,covering knowledge,skills and attitudes.Conclusion In response to the actual needs of aging society for senior nursing talents,this study formed a set of clinical competence evaluation index system covering knowledge,skills and attitudes,which not only provides reference for the quality evaluation of master of nursing specialist(MNS)for the elderly,but also points out the practical direction for the training of master of nursing specialist(MNS)for the elderly.
