基于罗伊适应模式的护理干预对双相情感障碍患者社会缺陷及认知功能的影响

Effect of the Nursing Intervention Based on Roy Adaptation Mode on Social Disability and Cognitive Function of Patients with Bipolar Disorder

目的探究基于罗伊适应模式的护理干预对双相情感障碍(BPD)患者社会缺陷及认知功能的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2019年1月在四川大学华西医院精神科进行治疗的92例BPD患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组各46例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于罗伊适应模式的护理干预,两组均连续干预12周。比较两组干预前后抑郁程度、躁狂程度、记忆水平、智力水平、社会功能及生活质量。结果干预后两组患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)、Bech-Rafaelsen躁狂量表(BRMS)、社会功能缺陷筛选表(SDSS)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后两组患者的生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组患者的瞬时记忆、短时记忆、长时记忆、记忆商数评分均升高(P<0.05),且观察组各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于罗伊适应模式的护理干预可减轻BPD患者抑郁、躁狂程度,提高其认知功能,改善患者生活质量及社会功能。

Objective To explore the effect of the nursing intervention based on Roy Adaptation Mode on the social disability and cognitive function of patients with bipolar disorder(BPD).Methods A total of 92 patients with BPD treated in the psychiatry Department of West China Hospital of Sichuan University from June of 2018 to January of 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group and control group according to the random number table,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine nursing intervention while the observation group was given the nursing intervention based on Roy Adaptation Mode as well as the the routine nursing intervention.The nursing intervention was given for 12 weeks in both groups.The levels of depression,mania,memory,intelligence,social function and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Bech-rafaelsen Mania Rating Scale(BRMS),Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS)after intervention were decreased in both groups and the decrease was greater in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05),while the scores of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)after intervention were increased in both groups and the increase was greater in the oberservation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of instantaneous memory,short-term memory,long-term memory and memory quotient after intervention were significantly increased in the observation group(P<0.05),and those were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention based on Roy Adaptation Mode can alleviate depression and mania,improve cognitive function and ameliorate quality of life and social function in patients with BPD.
